Go Get This Book Now –> Conquer Fear Of Driving

Here’s What People Are Saying About This Book:

“I couldn’t drive on the freeway without discomfort – I took meds and saw a therapist, but nothing worked until I found the Driving Fear Program. I saw changes within two weeks, and now I can drive anytime, I’m not depressed, and joy has returned to my life. The Program works.” Frank Pettinato, Mesa, Arizona

“I started the Driving Fear Program because for eight years I couldn’t even drive around the block or get to the store about 4 blocks from home. Just thinking about driving made me anxious. Every attempt to drive would cause a panic attack and cause me to come back home, I felt weak and ashamed. When I tried to drive I had a pounding heart, shortness of breath, uncontrollable shaking, dizziness, blurred vision, felt afraid that I could not make it to my destination, and had a terrifying feeling that I was going to die. Within two weeks of using the program, I started to feel better and could drive around my neighborhood again, and my thoughts didn’t bother me so much. Now I drive to and from work without panic, can meet friends again, and do other activities that people take for granted – I have my freedom and independence back. The program helped me when I thought nothing else would.” Ryan Wilson, Waco, Texas

“I decided to do something about my fear of driving because my scary thoughts and loss of concentration made me want to pull over when I was on the road and I began to avoid freeways entirely. Three weeks into the program I started to feel more relaxed, and now I’m starting to get back on the freeway. I like that the program is specific to my fear and easy to follow, I’d recommend it to anyone.” Tom Barone, Sydney, Australia

Go get it now, and kiss your driving anxiety goodbye!

…”I have found this mini e-series extremely beneficial thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the tools to re-claim my life” David

“I have never written in response to a program that I have ordered but I wanted to let you know that in 3 days I feel better than I ever have after months of therapy and some other online programs.” Eric

“I can’t remember ever feeling so wonderful. I feel freedom. No doctor, treatment, book or medication has done what your course has done for me. Thank you thank you thank you.”Claudia

“Funny, you know, all the “medical professionals” that I been to over the years, alternate and mainstream, not one of them suggested your approach to the problem yet it is so simple!”

Picking an Anxiety Book That Will Help You – 4 Simple Tips
By Dustin B. James

Have you ever been pulling your hair out wondering which anxiety self help book can help you with your problems? In this article I’m going to share with you how to pick an anxiety book that can help YOU solve your problem.

Picking the right anxiety book is only the first step. In order to succeed, it will all come down to your personal motivation and willingness to get better in the end.

That said, the anxiety book you pick is a very important first step. Follow these 5 tips to finding a good anxiety self help book and you’ll be on your way to success.

1. Look for an anxiety book (or program) that has lots of real testimonials. If there is a good program out there, at least some of the people who have taken it will have written a good testimonial for it. Look especially for audio testimonials. You can learn a lot about how good a program really is by listening to what other people who have taken it have said.

2. Find a program that will help you with your exact problems. Have fear of driving? get a driving anxiety book. Suffer from panic attacks or agoraphobia? Look for a program that specifically addresses your problem, not a “blanket” book that covers everything a little bit.

3. Read the table of contents. You’d be surprised how many people buy a self help book without even finding out what’s in it. Make sure the chapter titles are related to the questions you want answered.

4. Make sure there is a money back guarantee. There’s nothing worse than buying a book and then finding out it’s s lemon. Be sure the website you buy off online has a contact number and email address, and offers a satisfaction guarantee with your purchase.

If you suffer from anxiety, there is hope for you. Thousands of people have overcome it and you can too. All it takes is your commitment to learning and a little bit of good old fashioned elbow grease.

I hope you’ve enjoyed these tips on finding the right anxiety books out there. If you want to take a shortcut and see my personal favorite books, please visit my website on self-help anxiety books.

Each book here has been carefully hand-picked based on book reviews, testimonials, and in many cases, doctor recommendations. Hopefully, the one you pick will help you get where you’re going…

Panic Away, by Barry Joe McDonahue

The lessons you’ll learn in Panic Away are truly powerful…and if you apply them they will no doubt change the way you think of anxiety and how to deal with it.

The first thing that caught my attention about the Panic Away program was the countless testimonials on the homepage. Just listening to them proves that overcoming your anxiety issues is possible (you can listen to them here). The “crux” of the Panic Away program is something called the One Move™ technique, which is a very powerful technique that does a great job of annihilating anxiety once you’ve learned it and practiced it.

The Linden Method, by Charles Linden

(2 Seperate Programs for Adults and Children)

The Linden Method is a program that has been around for ages, and claims to be the world’s “premier anxiety/panic attacks/OCD/agoraphobia elimination program”, and is probably used around the world by more clinical psychologists than any other program.

The only downside to the Linden Method is that the price used to be relatively steep (at close to $200). But recently, since they started to offer the program in electronic download format, the price has fallen by over 55%.

The best part about the Linden Method program is without a doubt their 1 year of 24hr telephone and email support, which is included in the program. So if you’re the type who needs a little support, you can get it.

Another cool feature of the Linden Method is that they have a junior program for children with anxiety for children aged 7-15.

The Anxiety Lie, by Rich Presta

Anxiety Lie is a very unique program. You could say it’s like the “anxiety school of hard knocks”. It has absolutely none of the usual “positive thinking” and “mantra” type stuff you might have heard of before. I don’t think it’s a program for everybody, but personally I thought it was great. I really like Rich Presta’s style and the way he communicates.

If you’ve tried other programs before and they haven’t worked for you, it’s definitely worth a go, because it will give you yet another way of thinking about anxiety that you probably won’t get anywhere else. The hard knock way.

The Original Driving Fear Program, by Rich Presta

The only program geared directly towards driving anxiety is also by Rich Presta. Personally, I’ve never had driving anxiety specifically, so I’ve never read it. But I know that a lot of people so, and the reason I’ve included it is because I’ve seen reviews in countless anxiety forums (like TAPIR) that say this program is pretty darn good.

Driving anxiety can take a huge toll on your life and really limit your options, and effect your relationships with others, but it can be overcome…

If you suffer from driving anxiety, check this one out!

The Anxiety-Free Child, by Rich Presta

I recently came across this book while browsing through some forums. It’s a brand new anxiety book for children called The Anxiety-Free Child. As you can imagine, many children suffer from anxiety problems. Since most anxiety books aren’t really geared towards children, if you have a child with anxiety, this program could be an answer to your prayers. The author, Rich Presta (also the author of Anxiety Lie and The Original Driving Fear Program), is renowned for his expertise in anxiety related education, and I trust his new book could be just what your child needs.

All of the authors of these self help anxiety books know what they’re talking about, and if you really want to have an anxiety free life, they can help you get there…

But…

The most important thing, like in any aspect of life, is to take action on what you learn. Don’t just read these anxiety books and expect things to magically start working for you. It’s all about doing the one thing you’ve heard from all your coaches, parents and teachers throughout your life…

PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

You’ll get there.

All the best
